Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Professional device orders may require an additional 2–3 business days for quality verification and export documentation.

Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. All shipments are fully insured. Orders over $300 require a signature upon delivery.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by their country. These are not included in the product or shipping price.
Returns
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee — Home Devices
If you are not satisfied with your OYAY LAB home device for any reason, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — in original condition with all original packaging and accessories included.
Eligible for Return
- — Unused or lightly used home-use devices
- — Device with original packaging and accessories
- — Return initiated within 30 days of delivery
- — Items purchased from oyaylab.com
Not Eligible for Return
- — Devices with physical damage from customer
- — Returns after 30 days of delivery
- — Professional / commercial devices (all sales final unless defective)
- — Missing original packaging or accessories
How to Initiate a Return
- — Email returns@oyaylab.com with your order number and reason for return
- — Our team responds within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- — Pack the device in original packaging with the RMA number on the outside of the box
- — Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective
- — Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return
Professional Device Policy: Sales of professional clinic devices are final upon delivery. If a device arrives damaged or exhibits a manufacturing defect within 30 days, it is eligible for warranty service. Inspect all professional deliveries at receipt and note any transit damage with the carrier before accepting.
